Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original method of payment.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
